Water areas demonstrations

There are two water sections for demonstration of small size vessels, other watercrafts and hydroplanes:

• - water areas located between the Sea port mooring and the quays near hall 5 (300*350 meters size, 4-6 meters depth) for demonstration of maneuvering capabilities (see the Appendix 13 - water areas plan)
• - "Ship channel" - a straight portion (1450 meters size, 4-6 meters depth) located in 800 meters from the exhibition complex and used for demonstration of flying capabilities and performance characteristics

The demonstration program should last within 30 minutes and be held only three times during the IMDS. The program should be accompanied by commentaries both in English and in Russian. The presentation of commentaries is possible to perform through microphone or audio recording. Upon date, time and demonstration program of the Exhibitor's watercrafts being approved by the Operator in writing, the Exhibitor's demonstration of watercrafts shall be included in the program of the IMDS. The demonstration program copy shall be enclosed to the application form. The Chief Executive Officer must sign the program containing plans, descriptions and comments.

Presentations and seminars

There are several rooms for holding presentations, seminars and press-conferences in the exhibition complex:
- congress center, hall 7 has all the capacities for holding large conferences, forums and business events, presentations, meetings, negotiations, concerts, festivals, banquets, different international expositions. There is a congress-hall on 1050 seats in the conference center;
- conference hall 7.2, hall 7 on 100-250 seats with air conditioning. The following equipment is available for extra pay: simultaneous translation system, projection and acoustic systems, multimedia and slide projectors, plasma panel;
- conference hall 7.3, hall 7 on 40-70 seats with air conditioning. The following equipment is available for extra pay: simultaneous translation system, projection and acoustic systems, multimedia and slide projectors, plasma panel;
- conference hall 7.4., hall 7 on 32 seats with air conditioning. The following equipment is available for extra pay: simultaneous translation system, projection and acoustic systems, multimedia and slide projectors, plasma panel;
- conference hall 7.5., hall 7 on 24 seats, with air conditioning. The following equipment is available for extra pay: simultaneous translation system, projection and acoustic systems, multimedia and slide projectors, plasma panel;
- congress hall 6.1 on 232 seats with simultaneous translation system. The room is equipped with project systems having two big screens (3,0 х 2,3 m) and two multimedia projectors. The room has an acoustic system. The presidium has 12 seats and 6 microphones, the platform has 2 microphones;
- congress hall 6.2 on 144 seats may be used for conferences, seminars, symposiums, lectures and etc. The conference hall shall be equipped according to the Exhibitor's request;
- Petrovsky room, hall 5 may be used for seminars, conferences, cocktails and banquets. The room space is 142 sq.m. The room may admit 100 seats like "theatre room"; 50 seats like "class room"; 44 seats like "round table", 12 seats like "П - shaped table".

The Exhibitor should get the Operator's approval in order to insert the presentation, seminar or press-conference into the IMDS program. The Exhibitor should submit to the Operator the Appendix 14 so that the Exhibitor's event shall be included into the IMDS program, the room and necessary equipment shall be rented.
