PRESENTATIONS, SEMINARS AND PRESS-CONFERENCES

Application forms (Appendix 14) for organization and conduction of presentations, round-table discussions, seminars and press-conferences should be sent to the Operator till 1 May, 2011.
There are several rooms for holding presentations, seminars and press-conferences in the exhibition complex:
• conference room 7.1, hall 7 has all the capacities for holding large conferences, forums and business events, presentations, meetings, negotiations, concerts, festivals, banquets, different international expositions. Seating capacity is up to 1192 seats;
• conference room 7.2, hall 7 with air conditioning, seating capacity is up to 200 seats. The following equipment is available for extra pay: simultaneous translation system, projection and acoustic systems, multimedia and slide projectors, plasma panel;
• conference room 7.3, hall 7 with air conditioning, seating capacity is up to 100 seats. The following equipment is available for extra pay: simultaneous translation system, projection and acoustic systems, multimedia and slide projectors, plasma panel;
• conference room 7.4, hall 7 with air conditioning, seating capacity is up to 40 seats. The following equipment is available for extra pay: simultaneous translation system, projection and acoustic systems, multimedia and slide projectors, plasma panel;
• conference room 7.5, hall 7 with air conditioning, seating capacity is up to 24 seats. The following equipment is available for extra pay: simultaneous translation system, projection and acoustic systems, multimedia and slide projectors, plasma panel;
• conference room 6.1, hall 6 with simultaneous translation system. The seating capacity is up to 270-320 seats. The room is equipped with project systems having two big screens (3,0 х 2,3 m) and two multimedia projectors. The room has an acoustic system. The presidium has 12 seats and 6 microphones, the platform has 2 microphones;
• conference room 6.2, hall 6 with 144 seats may be used for conferences, seminars, symposiums, lectures and etc. The conference hall shall be equipped according to the Exhibitor's request;
• Petrovsky room 5.1, hall 5, may be used for seminars, conferences, cocktails and banquets. The room space is 142 sq.m. The room may admit 100 seats like "theatre room"; 50 seats like "class room"; 44 seats like "round table", 12 seats like "П - shaped table";
• conference room 5.2, hall 5A with 40 seats, may be used for seminars, conferences, there is a place for coffee- brake. The room space is 67 sq.m;
• conference room 5.3 (messroom), hall 5A with 40 seats, may be used for seminars, conferences, there is a place for coffee- brake. The room space is 41 sq.m.
The Exhibitor should get the Operator's approval in order to insert the presentation, seminar or press-conference into the IMDS-2011 program.
