CATALOGUE OF IMDS-2011 PRODUCTS
The catalogue of products presented by participants at IMDS-2011 is being prepared to be published in the nearest time.
The deadline for sending information for the catalogue is the 15th of May, 2011.
Approximate time of the catalogue's issue is September, 2011 (it depends on the time when the participants will send the materials). Approximate cost is 150 Euros.

Materials Requirements for the Catalogue of Products Presented by Participants at IMDS-2011
Only the information about products in any form (full-scale model, draft, poster, leaflets, presentation) demonstrated at IMDS-2011 can be accepted for the publication.
Information about the products (services) consists of text part and illustrations (1-2 per exhibit).
Text part must be provided in the .doc or .docx formats in English and Russian with a portrait page orientation.
English text should fit in with Russian. If the information is provided without translation, the publisher translates only the name and purpose of the product (service). The presented texts are not edited; the translation made by publisher is not discussed with the company.
The following form should be filled in for each exhibit.

If the main characteristics can't be presented in the form of table then the description of characteristics, specialties and benefits of the product (service) must occupy no more than 2000 spaced characters.
Inscriptions on the schemes that illustrate the work of the exhibits must be presented in English and Russian.
The information about products (services) in form of leaflets, posters, and scanned documents can't be receipt.
Illustrated part of the information
The format of pictures/photos must be in jpg, tiff, pdf. Resolution - 300 dpi with the size 10 cm in a horizontal format (file size should be no less than 200 Kb).
File's name must include product's name (or its part). It'll help to define what kind of the product is presented on the illustration.
Short company name, logos and contact information will be used from the Official Catalogue IMDS-2009 or Application form for participation in IMDS-2011.
Please, provide us with the updated information in case of any changes.
Company that presented the information is responsible for its content.
